Survivability and sensors are its strengths. The Terrapin pokes into dangerous places, scans, and lives to report back, a favourite for cautious explorers and recon.

Who it is for

Players who value durability and scanning over speed or firepower, especially solo explorers. A niche upgrade you earn into, not a starter.

Separate reconnaissance from medical work

The Pathfinder Terrapin and medical variant answer different needs. Choose reconnaissance if scouting is the activity you want to learn; check the medical product specifically if patient transport is your goal. Armour alone does not make a ship a substitute for a fighter, hauler or dedicated rescue platform.
