| You are... | Best pick | Why |

| Sure you will stick around | Duelist ($75, Avenger Titan) | More durable, more cargo, you grow into it instead of upgrading later. |
| Planning to play with friends | Privateer ($125, Cutlass Black) | Multi-crew, flexible roles, room for a small crew. |
All prices are USD before tax. RSI shows prices with your region's VAT added, so in Denmark a $60 pack reads around 75 USD equivalent with the 25% VAT. The USD figure is the reference. The referral code does not change the package price. Check the final tax and contents at checkout.
Do not overthink the first ship
Many flyable ships can be rented or bought in-game with aUEC, depending on the hull, variant and current build, and you can upgrade your package by paying the difference (a CCU). So the starter ship is a starting point, not a commitment. Buy the cheapest pack that qualifies, take the 50,000 UEC, and let in-game money decide the rest. More on how Game Packages work.
