Short answer: no, Star Citizen is not on Xbox (or PlayStation). It is a PC-only game (Windows), and there is no console version planned. You play it on PC, bought directly from RSI, and the signup bonus lives on that same page.
Plenty of people search "Star Citizen Xbox" hoping to play it on console. Here is the honest answer, and the good news about getting in on PC.
Is Star Citizen coming to Xbox or PlayStation?
No console version is announced or in development. The studio has been clear that Star Citizen is built as a PC game and is not being made for consoles. Occasional rumours pop up from job listings, but nothing is confirmed, so for the foreseeable future it is PC only (Windows 64-bit). It is not on Steam or Epic either, only from RSI.
What you need to play on PC
A Windows PC that meets the requirements (an SSD is the one hard rule), and a one-time Game Package from RSI. The cheapest is the Citizen Starter Pack at $45, no subscription. How to download.
The upside of buying direct on PC
Because there is no console store in the way, the official referral bonus is right there at signup. Use a referral code in the Referral Code (optional) field and your new account gets 50,000 UEC of in-game currency after a Game Package, free, at the same price.
No Xbox version, but PC entry is cheap: the Citizen Starter Pack at $45 plus the referral code for 50,000 UEC. Try it free first during a Free Fly.
